Läderach Store Concept | Chocolate Boutique 2025

Over a period of two years, we developed the third generation of Läderach Chocolate Boutique stores. This new design represents an evolution of the first Läderach boutique concept introduced in 2010.

Key elements such as the Fresh Chocolate Counter and the Praline Counter remain essential features, shaping both the design language and the customer journey. We supported Läderach from the very first sketch through to the realization of three pilot stores across three continents, creating a concept that is both adaptable and scalable for diverse retail environments.

The project was completed with a comprehensive set of design plans and finalized in a Design Manual to guide international implementation and ensure a consistent global brand experience.
